What changed on LevelMoves

Each change in plain words, by date, newest first: what you can now see and do. The help pages in each portal show how.

Answer from the email, a morning brief, and homes from a spreadsheet

    • An email that asks for your yes (a quote to pick, a booking your Property PA asks for) now carries a link that answers that one question without signing in. It works once, for 14 days.
    • A morning brief, if you switch it on under My account → Alerts: one email between 7 and 10 with today's diary and what waits for you.
    • Properties → Import brings homes and tenancies in from the spreadsheet you already keep: paste it or drop the file, see what each row would do, press Import.
    • Sixty days before each tenancy's anniversary a Yearly review task appears by itself; a tenant's time-limited right to rent makes a re-check task 30 days before its date; a notice served through the site goes on the notices register.
    • A Property PA is given a home by sharing it ("Look after it") with the scope you tick; the old hired agreement is gone.

One Work portal, a diary everywhere, viewings, offers, inspections and keys as records

    • Everyone who works for landlords (an agent, a Property PA, every trade) has one Work portal; its menu follows the services you offer.
    • A diary in every portal: tasks with a booked time, jobs with a date, viewings and your own entries, with one reminder the day before.
    • Viewings are booked from an enquiry or by name, into an open viewing time or on their own; the viewer gets a link to confirm, move or cancel and to say how it went. Offers are passed to the owner in writing and answered only in their words.
    • Inspections, inventories and meters: room by room with photos, a PDF on the tenancy, shared with the tenant who agrees or notes differences; a check-out compared with the check-in; an outside inspector by a link.
    • A keys register: each set, who holds it, when it is due back, every movement logged.
    • Every home's to-do list is a task of a kind from one catalogue, with steps, a checklist and the people on it; a job is the hired step of a task.
  3. 7 October 2026 · Landlords, Providers and agents

Contacts linked to people, sharing from the ask, pay recorded on Money

    • A contact who has an account here is linked to it and keeps their own details up to date; a new person you type is yours to edit until they join.
    • Sharing a home starts from what you want done: manage it, look after it, one task, co-own it, the paperwork, the books, or just look.
    • What you pay the people you share with is agreed on the share and recorded on the Money page; either side logs a payment, the other confirms.
    • Every email and WhatsApp alert the site sends can be read, tested and reworded by the brand, per language.
  4. 6 October 2026 · Everyone

Help pages, public pages for providers and agencies, earning by inviting

    • Help in every portal: short guides with pictures for what can be done, each opening the page it explains.
    • Agents, Property PAs and providers switch their public page on and off and choose which services, prices and review words show.
    • Earn: invite people by email or WhatsApp with your link, and see your two levels and what their fees earned you.
  5. 5 October 2026 · Everyone, Landlords

Found by search and AI answers; connect Claude and ChatGPT; the phone app's groundwork

    • Every page has a short answer, sources and the day it was checked; questions, facts, a glossary and free calculators.
    • Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your account from AI tools, for chosen homes only if you like; your own software can use a key.
    • Photos kept on Google Drive or Google Photos can be copied in; someone can be asked for photos by a link.
  6. 4 October 2026 · Landlords, Tenants, Providers and agents

Helpers and co-owners, agencies with a team, tenants see only their own tenancy

    • Share chosen homes with anyone by email, with what they may look at or change, and see who did what, with Undo.
    • An agency runs its business here: a team with roles, the work across every client's home, enquiries shared out, lettings and sales desks, its money records.
    • A tenant sees their own tenancy only: its papers, its repairs, its rent; a later tenant never sees an earlier one's.
    • The law register: what is in force and what is coming for each home's area, with the source and the day it was checked.
    • Several languages for the public site and the portals, with the law described in English law whatever the language.
  7. 2 October 2026 · Landlords, Tenants

    One door for every file

    • Drop any paper, photo, scan, Word file, email or voice note: it is read, filed on the right home and the record filled in, then it says what it noticed and asks what to do.
    • Every paper a landlord keeps has its rule: when it is needed, what to read from it, when to be reminded, what the law asks next.
    • A home from public records: the EPC register, the Land Registry and planning data fill the boxes you leave empty.
