How it works

Kesari Property Management Ltd is the principal agent for listings marketed on LevelMoves: it answers for them on the property portals.
Other agencies on LevelMoves can act as its partner agencies (sub-agents). Their listings say "in conjunction with" the agency, and each keeps its own redress scheme, anti-money-laundering supervision and, if it holds clients' money, its own client money protection.
LevelMoves itself is not an agent: it never holds rent, deposits or sale money, and it is not party to the agency's work for landlords, tenants, buyers or sellers.

Fees for landlords

Ask Kesari Property Management Ltd for its fees before you instruct it. Tenants pay no fees, as the law says.

Fees are agreed in writing in the terms of business before any work starts.

How to complain

Write to us first with what went wrong and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge a complaint within 3 working days and give our final answer within 15 working days. If you are not happy with our answer, or we have not answered within 8 weeks, you can ask our redress scheme to look at it, free of charge.
