How can landlord software be free?
Someone else pays: advertisers, paid upgrades, or, in our case, the providers who win jobs. Ask any free service how it makes money; the answer tells you whose side it is on.
What is the catch with free plans?
Usually a limit: one or two homes, no bank feed, or no tax filing. Check the limit on the provider's own pricing page before you put your records in.
