Questions and answers
Is LevelMoves trained a qualification?
No. It's a LevelMoves platform badge. It shows you completed a LevelMoves module and passed its quiz. It isn't accredited or regulated, and it doesn't replace any registration the law requires for your trade, such as Gas Safe for gas work.
Will a badge get me more work or money?
We can't promise that, and we don't. A badge helps clients see what you've learned when they compare providers. You earn from the jobs you win, and you pay only when you win, or choose a monthly plan.
Do I handle the client's money or keys on LevelMoves?
Never the money: LevelMoves is a hub, not an agent, and nobody takes a client's money through a module. Keys are only handled when the owner or agent authorises it, and the key-safety module shows you how to log every handover.
