Help shape Level Moves: apply to the Advisory Panel
Apply to the Level Moves Advisory Panel. Landlords, tenants, agents and trades tell us what works, what's broken and what we should build next. Free to take part, about 15 minutes a month.
In short: The Level Moves Advisory Panel is a free, invite-and-apply group of landlords, tenants, agents, trades and specialists who give feedback and vote on new features. It's advisory only.
Renting is changing. We'd rather build with you than guess.
The Renters' Rights Act, the new private landlord database, and EPC and damp rules are all changing how homes are let and looked after in England. LevelMoves is a free AI property PA that keeps one shared record for each home and checks the rules for you. To get it right, we want to hear from the people who deal with this every day.
Who it's for
- Landlords: whether you have one flat or a portfolio, and manage it yourself or through an agent, at home or overseas.
- Tenants: tell us what makes renting fair, clear and less stressful.
- Agents, letting managers and trades: the people who keep homes running and jobs moving.
- Specialists: deposit, housing and compliance people who share their view. This is perspective, not formal advice.

Your panel space
Once you're accepted, you sign in to your LevelMoves account and get your own panel area. There you can:
- Post ideas, comment on them and vote. Panel votes are counted separately.
- See everything you've suggested and what happened to it ("you said, we did").
- Try new features before anyone else.
- Answer a short monthly check-in.
How selection works
- Apply. It takes about 2 minutes.
- We review applications every week, so the panel stays balanced across landlords, tenants, agents and specialists.
- We'll get back to you. If your group is full, you'll go on the waitlist.
General guidance, not legal advice. The panel is an advisory group run by LevelMoves. It does not make company decisions.
