LevelMoves

White label

Your own property hub, under your name.

Everything LevelMoves does, with your name, your domain and your wording on it. Owners advertise, tenants and buyers enquire, providers win work, and you keep most of what the providers pay. You do not build anything and you do not run any servers.

  • Your own name and domain
  • Free for owners and tenants
  • You keep most of the provider fees

What you get

A finished hub, not a toolkit.

It is ready on the first day. You change what you want from your own admin portal, with forms and buttons.

Your name, logo, colours and domain

The site, the portals, the emails and the references all carry your name. A change of name or a move to a new domain is an edit, not a rebuild.

Every page and sentence is yours to edit

Change any sentence on the public site, add your own pages and posts, and set the photos. Nothing needs a developer.

Adverts you switch on or off

Choose the parts you want: homes to rent and for sale, off-market room, auctions (sales only), wanted adverts. Every advert states the key facts, and the person advertising is checked first.

Your own providers and marketplace

Invite the contractors, referencing firms and agents you trust. They quote for work, and the fee they pay is shown to the customer before they choose.

An assistant that answers enquiries first

It replies from what the advert says, by email, WhatsApp or text. Viewings, offers and anything it does not know go to a person.

Guides, templates and the law watch

Your site starts with dated, sourced guides to the law in England, free templates and a law watch. When the law changes we update the defaults, and you can take the new text or keep your own.

How the money works

Providers pay. You keep 70%.

A provider pays a fee when they win work through your hub. The fee is disclosed to the customer before they choose. You keep 70% of the provider fees you collect and the platform keeps 30%, unless we agree another split.

  • Owners and tenants never pay to use the hub.
  • Customers pay the provider direct, at the quoted price. Nothing is added to it.
  • No share of the rent and no success fee on a sale or a let.
  • You set how each provider pays: a percentage, a fee for each job won, or a monthly fee.

This is an illustration, not a forecast. What you collect depends on how many providers you bring and how much work they win.

What you are responsible for

Your name on the door means your registrations behind it.

The platform publishes adverts and introduces providers. If your business does more than that, the rules for it are yours to meet. This is information, not legal advice.

Redress scheme

If you list on the property portals or act as a letting or estate agent, you need to belong to a redress scheme.

Client money protection

If you hold client money as a letting agent, you need client money protection. The platform holds no client money: rent and deposits go to the owner's own account.

Anti-money-laundering supervision

If you do estate agency work, or letting agency work that the money laundering rules cover, you register for supervision with HMRC.

A place to show them

You upload each certificate once, with its number and dates. Your credentials page shows them, and you are reminded before one expires.

Questions people ask before applying

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Your hub runs on your own domain, and the links in emails and messages use it too. You can have more than one address, with one as the main one.

Can I change the wording?

Yes. Every sentence on the public site can be changed from your admin portal, and you can add your own pages, guides and posts. The guides are legal information, so if you change one, check it against the law and keep its date.

Who owns the customers and the data?

The people who join under your name are your members, not ours, and we do not market to them. We hold and process their data to run the service for you. A tenant's own record stays the tenant's alone. The agreement we sign with you sets out who is responsible for what under data protection law.

Which languages does it work in?

English today. Other languages are on the way, starting with the public pages. Tell us in the form which ones you need.

What about Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland?

England first. The guides, the checks and the tenancy rules follow the law in England. The law is different in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and they are not covered yet.

Can I leave?

Yes. The notice period, and how your members' data is handed over or deleted, are set out in the agreement we sign with you before you go live.
