Off-market room

Homes that are not advertised in public.

An off-market advert is a full advert with the same key facts. The full advert is not on the public pages or in search engines: only people who have signed in and been checked can open it. For a home for sale, the seller can allow a short public preview (the area, the bedrooms, a price band and a blurred photo), never the address or the price.

What off-market means

The owner wants the right person to see the home, not everybody. The full advert has no public page, there is no board outside and no address is shown. A seller may choose a public preview without the address or the price. Enquiries still go through the advert.

Who can see it

Landlords, agents and buyers who have been checked by LevelMoves. Everyone in the room is a person we can name if something goes wrong.

How to get checked

Sign in, give your legal name and, if you act for a company, its name. A person at LevelMoves looks at the request. It is free.

The same rules apply

An off-market advert states the same key facts as a public one. For a let, the rent shown is the rent, and nobody is refused because they receive benefits or have children.

LevelMoves publishes adverts and passes on enquiries. It does not negotiate, hold money or take a fee from a sale or a let.
