इलेक्ट्रिकल इंस्टॉलेशन कंडीशन रिपोर्ट (EICR)
किसी योग्य इलेक्ट्रीशियन द्वारा घर की फिक्स्ड वायरिंग की सुरक्षा पर तैयार की गई रिपोर्ट। इंग्लैंड में हर निजी किराये की सम्पत्ति के लिए हर कम से कम पाँच साल में एक EICR चाहिए।
संक्षेप में: EICR फिक्स्ड इलेक्ट्रिकल इंस्टॉलेशन का निरीक्षण और परीक्षण है: वायरिंग, सॉकेट, कंज्यूमर यूनिट और फिक्स्ड उपकरण। 1 अप्रैल 2021 से इंग्लैंड में हर निजी किरायेदारी के लिए हर कम से कम पाँच साल में एक EICR चाहिए। C1, C2 या FI कोड वाली खराबियाँ ठीक करनी होंगी, आम तौर पर 28 दिनों के भीतर।

इंग्लैंड की निजी किराया क्षेत्र में इलेक्ट्रिकल सुरक्षा मानक विनियम 2020 के तहत मकान मालिकों को यह करना होगा:
- इंस्टॉलेशन का निरीक्षण और परीक्षण किसी योग्य व्यक्ति द्वारा कम से कम हर पाँच साल में करवाना होगा (रिपोर्ट यदि जल्दी कहे तो उससे पहले);
- मौजूदा किरायेदारों को एक प्रति 28 दिनों के भीतर देनी होगी, नए किरायेदारों को उनके रहने आने से पहले देनी होगी, और काउंसिल माँगे तो उसे 7 दिनों के भीतर देनी होगी;
- मरम्मत या आगे की जाँच 28 दिनों के भीतर करवानी होगी (या रिपोर्ट यदि कहे तो उससे पहले), और काम पूरा होने के 28 दिनों के भीतर किरायेदार और काउंसिल को लिखित में पुष्टि करनी होगी।
नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले मकान मालिक पर काउंसिल जुर्माना लगा सकती है, और काम वह खुद भी करवा सकती है।
