घर आरक्षित रखने के लिए दिया जाने वाला एक हफ़्ते के किराए तक का भुगतान, जबकि मकान-मालिक आवेदन की जाँच करता है। इसे या तो लौटाना होगा, या किराए या डिपॉज़िट में समायोजित करना होगा।

नियम Tenant Fees Act 2019 की Schedule 2 में हैं:
